We had a garage sale last Saturday. I think we had a total of 12 things for sale… We sold everything we wanted to get rid of though! Garage sale shoppers are very entertaining to say the least. Somebody even tried to purchase Maple. Best of all, he wanted to know if I would make a deal for Maple along with a kitchen table…

And best of all, this is just our dog! Can you imagine how many pictures are going to be forced onto our friends and family when we have kids?!?!

Rachel and I went and got our concealed handgun license this past weekend. After the classroom portion of the course, we went to an outdoor range for the shooting qualifier. The ranges to qualify went up to 45 feet and Rachel shot a 246/250! Luckily I scored a 247/250 so I didn’t have to turn in my man card. I figured now that we both had our CHL we must be true Texans. Off to go find my cowboy hat and boots…

Maple has joined the family! She is a 7 week old Havashire (Havanese / Yorkishire). We picked her up last Friday from a breeder in Oklahoma!

We would like to thank all of our family and friends who helped us with our wedding. It was something we will never forget – and we can’t thank you enough. We moved into the new house at the end of February, 2010.  We are still in the process of painting, hanging curtains, and pretty much everything else. The house has been great and we are really loving it. Thanks to all of our friends and a few of their family members who were dragged into helping us move!
